Two North Haven Homes Burglarized in Broad Daylight: Police
Police are investigating two daytime burglaries that occurred on Thursday.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — North Haven Police are investigating two daytime residential burglaries that occurred on Thursday in which jewelry and other items were stolen.
The first burglary occurred in the 1800 block of Ridge Road Home. The homeowner arrived at his house and found the entry door was forced open, according to police.
Police said jewelry was stolen from the home.

About 30 minutes later, officers responded to a Kings Highway residence for a report of a burglar alarm sounding.
Police said the investigation revealed the entry door was forced open and the bedroom had been gone through. Several items were taken.
