Unlocked Vehicle Stolen In North Haven: Police
Several vehicles were entered early Wednesday morning. Police remind residents that criminals won't take a holiday break and lock your cars.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — One vehicle was stolen and several vehicles were entered during the early morning hours Wednesday in North Haven. The incidents occurred in the area of Bowen Road, Robin Court, Park Road and Allen Road, according to police.
Police said video from Robin Court and other locations show that there are at least three suspects. A vehicle was stolen from Allen Road.
“The preliminary investigation of the stolen vehicle revealed the vehicle was unlocked and one key set which could not be accounted for, was believed to be left in the vehicle,” police wrote in a post on Facebook. “No scenes involved forced entry. Anyone with additional information or video is asked to call North Haven PD @ 203-239-1616. Stay vigilant, lock your doors, and get your valuables out of sight. Criminals won’t be taking a break for the holiday.”
