North Haven has a slew of financial options, but it's the local one that appeals most to its residents. Last week we asked what your favorite institution in town is, and the clear winner is .

The credit union, headquartered in North Haven, has been around for 70 years. As their website proudly exclaims, they're "not" a bank. Once known as the Southern New England Financial Credit Union, they now have seven branches and 13 ATMs in the greater New Haven area.

Many banks are in the news for the wrong reasons nowadays, but everyone has their favorite place to deposit their money. North Haven has its share of  financial options, from national lenders to local credit unions. We want to know which one you think is the best.
