Woman, 75, Robbed Of Purse In Restaurant Parking Lot: North Haven PD
The victim's purse was snatched while she was walking and knocked to the ground. The suspect vehicle was later found in Hamden, police said.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — A 75-year-old woman was robbed of her purse in a restaurant parking lot Tuesday evening in North Haven, according to police.
Police responded around 5 p.m. to the parking lot of Longhorn Steakhouse on Universal Drive on the report of a purse snatching.
Officers found that a 75-year-old woman had her purse snatched from her while walking in the lot, which caused her to fall to the ground, according to police.

Police said the suspect vehicle was recovered, unoccupied, a short time later in Hamden.
