Woman, 90, Injured In Purse-Snatching: North Haven Police
A 90-year-old woman was robbed of her purse in broad daylight Tuesday in North Haven, according to police.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — A 90-year-old woman was injured during a purse-snatching near Target in North Haven on Tuesday afternoon, according to police.
Police responded to the area of 200 Universal Drive, Target, around 3:30 p.m. on the report of a purse-snatching, according to officials.
Police said an occupant of a stolen tan 4-door 2008 Saab 9-3 approached the 90-year-old woman and snatched her purse.

The woman fell to the ground and sustained “minor injury to her hand and hip,” according to police.
The suspect(s) were described as young men wearing white face coverings, police said.

The vehicle was last seen heading toward New Haven.
