Listening is so often the first casualty of conflict, that as divorce professionals, we all have learned the importance of listening to get the process back on track. But as important as this is, often our greatest power lies in hearing what our clients don’t say as a way to find the keys that unlock conflict. In this workshop, you’ll learn to hear the words that have the power to create shifts and bring peace into the room. This is a highly dynamic and experiential workshop intended to boost your power to bring transformation.

Emily Gould brings three decades combined experience as an attorney, mediator, and coach to her presentations on leadership and conflict transformation. A former criminal prosecutor and general counsel, she now offers mediation and conflict coaching and training services in Vermont and on a national and international basis.
