Wrong-Way DUI Driver Arrested On Route 15 In North Haven: Police
The woman is accused of driving the wrong way on Route 15 in North Haven while operating under the influence, according to police.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — A Manchester woman was arrested early Thursday morning after police said she was driving the wrong way on Route 15 in North Haven while operating under the influence.
The incident happened around 12:40 a.m. in the area of Exit 63 on Route 15 North, according to Connecticut State Police.
Police said Natalia Moreno, 36, was seen driving south in the northbound lanes, in the left lane of two.

She was stopped and failed the field sobriety tests, according to police.
Moreno was arrested on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and driving the wrong way – divided highway. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 25.
