2 Juveniles Arrested In A Stolen Vehicle In Norwalk: Police
The vehicle and suspects were found in Rowayton early Friday morning.
NORWALK, CT — Two juveniles were arrested in Rowayton early Friday morning in connection with a vehicle reported stolen out of Greenwich, according to Norwalk police.
Officers were called to Pine Point Road in Rowayton at about 5 a.m. Friday on a report of a suspicious vehicle.
"Officers found a Jeep Cherokee which was stolen overnight from Greenwich with a group juveniles standing around it," said Norwalk police Lt. Jared Zwickler in a statement. "Based on witness accounts Officers determined that two of the individuals were in the vehicle."

Both were taken into custody. A third juvenile was found hiding behind a tree, and though he was not charged in connection with Friday's incident, police said there was an active "Take into Custody" order for him in connection with a stolen motor vehicle case in May.
Due to their ages, their identities were not disclosed.

The Norwalk police Detective Bureau is investigating Friday's incident, and anyone with information is urged to contact the department at 203-854-3011.
Arrested were:
- Juvenile 1: Larceny in the First Degree, Conspiracy to Commit Larceny (this juvenile was reported missing since April)
- Juvenile 2: Larceny in the First Degree, Conspiracy to Commit Larceny
- Juvenile 3: Not charged in relation to this case but arrested on a "Take into Custody Order" from a separate case
Additionally, residents are reminded to keep their car doors locked, and not to leave any keys or key fobs inside.
