2 Women Arrested on Prostitution Charges at Main Avenue Spa in Norwalk

The arrests occurred Thursday night following an undercover operation.

Norwalk, CT - Two women were arrested on prostitution charges Thursday night at the Emerald Day Spa, formerly Nirvana Spa, following an undercover law enforcement operation at the Main Avenue facility, according to police.

Arrested were Meilan Huang, 42, and Seong Hae Kim, 24, both of Flushing, NY, reports The Hour. Huang is the worker allegedly involved in the undercover transaction, and Kim is the facility's manager.

Huang was charged with Prostitution and Conducting Massage Therapy without a License, while Kim was charged with Promotion and Permitting Prostitution.

Both are scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on July 22.
