Envision a healthier you with help from the health department and Norwalk Public Library.

From Norwalk DOH:With the holiday season in full swing, many Norwalkers will soon begin choosing New Year’s resolutions in anticipation of a healthier 2020.

The Norwalk Health Department and Norwalk Public Library have teamed up for the seventh year in a row to offer Healthy Resolutions, a free, 6-session program structured to help participants achieve their goals for 2020. Beginning January 3, the Healthy Resolutions Lunch N Learn will be held on Friday afternoons from 12-1pm at the Norwalk Public Library Main Branch, located at 1 Belden Avenue. A light refreshment will be served at each session, but feel free to bring your own packed lunch. The program will address several common New Year’s resolution topics related to social, mental, and physical health and will provide tools, resources, and community support to help participants stay on track throughout the year. Each session stands on its own but complements the others, so participants are encouraged to attend the entire series.

For more information or to register for the Healthy Resolutions Lunch N Learn program, please contact the Norwalk Public Library at 203-899-2780, ext. 15133 or register online from the events calendar on the Norwalk Public Library homepage at
