3 Charged After Norwalk Drug Investigation: PD

NORWALK, CT — Three people were charged after an investigation into drug dealing, according to police.

Norwalk and Stamford Police started an investigation into drug dealing activities of Wilbur Serrano, according to the Hour.

Multiple searches were conducted and Serano, 28, was charged with sale of narcotics and other drug charges. Julian Serrano, 33, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell and other drug charges. Anthony Santiago, 27, was charged with DUI under an active warrant.
