3 Escape House Fire In Norwalk: FD

NORWALK, CT – Firefighters said three people safely evacuated an Edith Lane home after a house fire broke out early Monday morning at approximately 1:42 a.m. The fire started in the ceiling.

Fire Department Deputy Chief Steven Shay said in an email there was damage to the rafters and smoke throughout the home. There were no injuries and the cause of the fire is still under investigation, Shay said.
