$50k Reward Offered In Norwalk Homicide Case

Two people were killed in 2011.

NORWALK, CT — A $50,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction for the person or persons responsible for gunning down two people in 2011.

Rickita Smalls and Iroquois Alston were shot to death on Avenue B on Aug. 6, 2011.
