NORWALK, CT — Eight New York residents were arrested Wednesday, some on prostitution charges, following an investigation into illegal activities and labor practices at two massage parlors in Norwalk, according to police.

After obtaining search and seizure warrants for both massage parlors, members of the Wage and Workplace Standards Division issued stop work orders to both businesses for insufficient worker's compensation coverage and making cash payments without maintaining required payroll records, Dinho said.
As a result of the joint investigation at both locations, police seized approximately $8,000 and arrested two people associated with Lily Spa and six people associated with Healthy Massage, Dinho said.
