NORWALK, CT — An acre of vacant land in Norwalk has been purchased by The Old Mill at River's Edge LLC for an undisclosed amount, according to a commercial real estate firm.

The 1.03 acre of land, located at 410 Main Avenue, is 0.3 miles away from exits 40A and B of the Merritt Parkway, 0.5 miles away from the Merritt 7 train station and 0.7 miles from Route 7, according to a news release provided by Angel Commercial, LLC.

The land is also located on a bus route, across the street from the Merritt 7 office complex, and near hotels, shopping and restaurants.
