Alleged Lewds Texts, Unwanted Touching of Juveniles Leads to Norwalk Man's Arrest: Greenwich PD

The suspect also offered the juveniles marijuana, police said.

GREENWICH, CT — A Norwalk man was arrested Monday after police received reports that he had inappropriate contact with younger high school aged juveniles, according to police.

Police began investigating after getting reports that Malik Ashley, 21, sent lewd texts and inappropriately touched the juveniles, police said. He also allegedly offered juveniles marijuana.

Police responded to Chipotle on Greenwich Avenue where Ashley works and took him into custody. He had a small amount of marijuana on his person, police said.

He was charged with risk of injury to a minor and second-degree breach of peace.
