• Norwalk Students Named To College's Spring 2026 Dean's List (patch.com) — Norwalk families can celebrate as dozens of local students earned spots on Western Connecticut State University’s spring 2026 Dean’s List, spanning majors from nursing and psychology to media arts and accounting. The university explains the GPA and credit requirements for both full-time and part-time students to achieve this academic honor, underscoring the rigor behind these Norwalk scholars’ accomplishments.    

• Pedestrian Struck By Vehicle, Seriously Injured In Norwalk: Police (patch.com) — Norwalk police are investigating a serious hit-and-run after a 34-year-old pedestrian was struck at Main Street and Plymouth Avenue Tuesday night and rushed to Norwalk Hospital. Investigators say the northbound driver fled without helping, and they’re urging anyone with information to call or text anonymous tips to assist the ongoing case.    

• Public Works Committee advances lower snow fines, higher waste disposal fees (nancyonnorwalk.com) — Norwalk’s Public Works Committee has voted to advance a plan that would cut residential sidewalk snow-removal fines to $50 while raising solid waste and yard waste disposal fees and adding new charges for nonprofits using city barrels and barricades. The proposal, which still needs full council approval, also comes with stricter snow enforcement and possible assistance discussions for seniors and disabled residents.
