Norwalk Opens Zone 2 Sign-Up Period For Bulky Waste Collection

NORWALK, CT — Residents in Norwalk's 4th Taxing District who receive city waste collection can begin signing up for Zone 2 bulky waste pickup starting Monday.

The sign-up period runs through July 30. Residents who schedule a pickup during that window will have their bulky waste collected in August.

Eligible households may receive up to two bulky waste pickups per year. Each pickup is limited to 1 cubic yard of material.

Residents can determine their collection zone using the city's bulky waste collection map and schedule a pickup by submitting a Click & Request ticket through the city's website or by calling Customer Service at 203-854-3200 and selecting option 0.

The remaining bulky waste collection schedule is:

• Zone 2: Sign up July 20-30; pickup in August.
• Zone 3: Sign up Aug. 17-27; pickup in September.
• Zone 4: Sign up Sept. 14-24; pickup in October.
