NORWALK, CT — A portion of a road in Norwalk will be closed this week due to wire removal work in the area, according to the city.
In a Facebook post, city officials said North Water Street will be closed from Washington Street to Marshal Street during both day and night shifts.
The closure will start Tuesday and take place through the end of the day shift Friday, officials said.
The closure will "support high tower wire removal work" as part of the WALK Bridge project, according to the city.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the closure, according to the city.
