Trees extraordinaire: Members of the Notable Tree Registry team of the Norwalk Tree Alliance assemble in front of the multi-trunk weeping beach at Cranbury Park, left to right, Dan Landau, president of the NTA, Jeanne McAndrew, Bill Levin and Phil Taylor. More than 80 trees appear in the registry and more are being appraised and added by the team. The standards applied for the evaluation cover the range of species and eye-appeal, maturity, height, the spread of the canopy, rarity, historical significance and memorial distinction.
