Anonymous Email Leads To Norwalk Coach's Suspension: Report
An anonymous email sent to school officials has led to the suspension and possible dismissal of a Norwalk hockey coach.

NORWALK, CT — An anonymous email sent to school officials has lead to the suspension of a Norwalk hockey coach, the Norwalk Hour reported. The email alleged the coach had made a variety of posts to his personal Instagram account that could be considered "racist, sexually explicit or offensive" in nature.
The email was sent to school officials on Oct. 20 concerning Dale Wehmhoff, coach of the Norwalk-Brien McMahon co-op hockey team, according to the Norwalk Hour. The email also alleged the posts appeared alongside photos of both his hockey team and the Brien McMahon cheerleaders.
Wehmhoff was originally sent a termination letter over the posts, however after further investigation the decision was overwritten, according to the Norwalk Hour. He has instead been suspended for the season and could be hired back next year at school officials' discretion after taking a diversity/sensitivity training class.
