Police said a man took money from a safe and tip jar during an armed robbery at a Starbucks coffee shop in Norwalk.

NORWALK, CT — Police are investigating after money was stolen from a safe and tip jar during an armed robbery at a Starbucks coffee shop in town Saturday, the Norwalk Hour reports. No injuries were reported, according to police.

According to the Norwalk Hour, police said a man, possibly in his 20's wearing a face mask and a medical mask, entered the Starbucks on Westport Avenue and pointed a handgun at employees, demanding access to a safe. Anyone with information is asked to contact Norwalk police.
