NORWALK, CT — A Norwalk man was arrested on gun-related charges Wednesday in connection to a shooting incident last month, according to police.

In a news release, Police Sgt. Sofia Gulino said the department received a report Feb. 20 of a man having been shot at a Dry Hill Road home.

Officers quickly located Moses Jeannot, 25, of Norwalk, who had sustained serious injuries from a gunshot wound, as well as a handgun. Jeannot was rushed to Norwalk Hospital in stable condition and the handgun was secured, Gulino said.

Jeannot was arrested Wednesday on charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, illegal discharge of a firearm, criminal possession of a firearm and violation of a protective order.
