Boaters Rescued Off Norwalk Coast

The boaters were rescued Thursday night after a storm tore the boat's sail.

NORWALK, CT — Boaters were rescued Thursday night after a strong storm tore the sails off a 30-foot ship.

Two female passengers and two dogs were taken by firefighters while two men stayed on Grassy Island where the boat ran aground, according to the Hour. The men planned to float the vessel when the tide changed.
