Police ID Body Found Floating In Norwalk Harbor: PD
A body found floating in Norwalk Harbor earlier this week has been identified as a 26-year-old Stamford man, according to police.

NORWALK, CT — A body found floating in Norwalk Harbor earlier this week has been identified as a 26-year-old Stamford man, according to police.
In a news release Friday, Police Lt. Joe Dinho said Christian Bernadel's body was spotted in the harbor by a boater Tuesday around 9:45 a.m.
Dinho noted the cause of death is still unknown and detectives are awaiting findings from the state Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

"Our deepest condolences to Mr. Bernade's family and friends," Dinho said in a news release.

Bernadel was found without any identification or signs of obvious injuries, Dinho said Tuesday.
