Box Cutter Assault Leads To Arrest Of Norwalk Man: Greenwich Police
The attack allegedly occurred on June 8.

GREENWICH, CT — A 30-year-old Norwalk man allegedly attacked a co-worker with a box cutter in Greenwich on June 8, cutting two fingers on the victim's left hand which required stitches, according to police.
Wilder Alfredo Ramos, of Fort Point Street, was arrested soon after the incident on Barnstable Lane and charged with first-degree assault and second-degree threatening.
Greenwich police were called to the scene on a report of an assault just after 2 p.m., and saw lacerations on the victim's hand, which required eight sutures to close.

Officers saw drops of blood on the floor and interviewed witnesses who "confirmed the victim's claims" that he had been attacked by the suspect.
Ramos was subsequently placed under arrest and held in lieu of a $125,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on June 23.
