Bram Speech and Language offers Feeding and Swallowing Therapy

Specialized speech, language and feeding therapists will come to your home in: Norwalk, Darien, Stamford, Wilton, New Canaan and Greenwich.

We have recently hired a feeding specialist! We are excited to offer feeding and swallowing therapy for adults and children to our list of services! By working in the home, we make sure that the seating, setting and food and drink selections are appropriate for safe eating. Parent/ caregiver training sessions are also part of the feeding and swallowing programs. Adults and children with medical issues spend plenty of time at doctor's offices, so we find that therapy at home is more comfortable and convenient, not to mention they are learning in their natural environment which encourages quicker generalization of skills.

Alyssa has a B.S. in Communication Disorders from Towson University in MD and an M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from Mercy College in NY. Alyssa has had a diverse working experience in both medical and school based speech pathology.
