Update: Police Seek Witnesses in Norwalk I-95 Bridge Death

Update: Police are looking for witnesses who were on I-95 soundbound near exit 15 prior to 3:23 p.m.

Original story: Norwalk Police are investigating a death after a man fell from the I-95 bridge above West Avenue.

West Avenue is closed to all northbound traffic and one southbound lane is open, police said. Police expect the closures to last until 7 p.m. Friday.

The victim’s name is being withheld pending family notification.

I-95 remains open in both directions.
