Home Watch Management is a service that performs visual inspections of a home or property, looking for obvious issues while the homeowner is away for extended periods of time. We will make the homeowner aware of any issues on a prompt basis and follow the client’s instructions regarding a resolution.

Home Watch Management can tailor its services based upon the personalized requirements of our customers. For example, you may have certain areas or equipment you want monitored more closely such as a new sump pump, HVAC equipment, shed security or garaged vehicles. Through effective and timely communication with clients we ensure that everything in your home is working properly when you return.

Home Watch Management, LLC is owned and operated by Randy Blosio and Paul Vodola. Randy is a senior business executive. Paul is a Lieutenant with the Greenwich Fire Department and a contractor.
