Create Grow Flow

Lisa Baker, founder of Create Grow Flow, is a Fairfield County-based Usui/Holy Fire® World Peace Reiki Master Practitioner, Sound Bath Practitioner, Reiki teacher, and retreat facilitator. Through her practice she offers experiences designed to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate greater balance in their everyday lives. Lisa connected with these modalities during her postpartum journey. As a former special education teacher, she is passionate about ensuring accessibility for all. Her approach blends grounded energy work with compassion, intuition, and practicality. She believes healing doesn’t have to feel complicated or out of reach — sometimes it begins simply by giving yourself permission to pause, breathe, and receive support.
