CT State Norwalk’s production of Sister Act features a large cast of our talented student actors, vocalists and dancers, and is free to the public! The show runs on Wednesday, April 22 at 5:30pm, Thursday, April 23 at 7:00pm, Friday, April 24 at 7:00pm, and April 25 at 1:00pm.

About the play: When disco diva, Deloris Van Cartier, witnesses a murder, she is put in protective custody in the one place the cops are sure she won't be a found: a convent! Disguised as a nun, she finds herself at odds with both the rigid lifestyle and uptight Mother Superior. Her cover is soon blown, but the friendships developed along the way make this such an uplifting story – filled with comedy, suspense, powerful gospel music and outrageous dancing! Sister Act, based on the 1992 Whoopi Goldberg movie, was nominated for five Tony Awards, including Best Musical.
