Illume Fertility to Host a Free In-Person Educational Event on LGBTQ+ Fertility and Family-Building

Illume Fertility will host a free in-person educational event focused on fertility treatment and family-building pathways for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. Designed to help attendees better understand the many options available for building a family, this session will provide practical, expert-led guidance on fertility care, third-party reproduction, and the unique considerations involved in LGBTQ+ family building.

Join Dr. Mark Leondires, Founder, Medical Director, and Partner at Illume Fertility, and Dr. Laura Meyer, Reproductive Endocrinologist at Illume Fertility, for an informative discussion covering key topics including:

• IUI, IVF, and reciprocal IVF options for LGBTQ+ families
• Egg donation, sperm donation, and gestational surrogacy
• Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) and fertility treatment considerations
• Insurance coverage, financial planning, and navigating the family-building process

Attendees will also hear from two Illume dads who will share their personal surrogacy journey and offer firsthand insight into the experience of building a family through third-party reproduction.

The session will conclude with a live Q&A, giving participants the opportunity to have their questions answered directly by Illume Fertility's fertility experts.
