Illume Fertility will host a free AMH (anti-Müllerian hormone) fertility testing event exclusively for educators, offering participants the opportunity to gain valuable insight into their reproductive health in a welcoming, supportive environment. Designed for educators who are curious about their fertility or planning for the future, the event provides complimentary ovarian reserve testing with no obligation to schedule a physician consultation.
Join the Illume Fertility team for a quick blood test to measure AMH levels, an important marker of ovarian reserve. Attendees will also enjoy light refreshments, have the opportunity to ask questions, and may choose to meet with a fertility specialist during the event or schedule a follow-up consultation.
The event is open to educators with female reproductive anatomy, regardless of insurance status. Participants should bring a photo ID, insurance card, and proof of employment, such as a school ID or pay stub.
Space is limited, and advance registration is required. After registering, attendees will receive a scheduled check-in time from the Illume Fertility team.
