Car Lands On Top Of Truck, Smashes Home's Window In Norwalk: FD
Fire officials said a car landed on top of a truck and smashed a home's window in Norwalk.
NORWALK, CT — Fire officials said a car landed on top of a truck and smashed a home's window Thursday night on Winfield Street. Firefighters subsequently responded to the area after receiving a report of a motor vehicle accident with entrapment.
According to a press release, the car was driving southbound at a high rate of speed when the vehicle went off the road. The vehicle then went through several trees, landed on top of a pickup truck in the driveway next to a house and smashed the home's window.
"The two occupants were removed from the car and transported to Norwalk Hospital," Deputy Chief Steve Shay said in a release. "The extent of their injuries and their identification is not know at this time."

The occupants of the home were not injured, Shay said. Police are investigating the incident.
