The Annual Tree Lighting City for the City of Norwalk will take place on Thursday, December 1st at City Hall, beginning at 5:45pm. The Norwalk Community Chorale will be singing in the atrium as the public enters the Concert Hall. The program which starts a 6pm. will start off with Billy Genuario as he leads everyone in song, singing the popular holiday songs. The Norwalk High School Chamber Singers will also be performing, as will the Crystal Theater group. Santa’s friends will be on hand to greet the children and the jolly man himself will be there with his wonderful wife! Refreshments donated by local businesses will be given out after the tree is lit and children will have the opportunity to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
