Convicted Felon Caught With Gun, Drugs: Norwalk PD

NORWALK, CT — Investigators arrested a convicted felon living in Norwalk after they found a gun and heroin during a raid at the Colonial Village Housing Complex. police said.

Police seized 23 bags of heroin, which tested positive for fentanyl, according to police. Also taken was a loaded Hi Point 9mm handgun.

The drugs and gun were accessible to two juveniles in the home, police said.

Terrence Voss, 27, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of ammunition, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a public housing complex and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

He was held on a $50,000 bond.
