Cranbury Elementary School Unveils New Kindergarten Playground

Cranbury Elementary School

Cranbury Elementary School Kindergarten students, teachers and staff joined Principal Kristin Goldstein with a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the new kindergarten playground.

The previous Kindergarten playground equipment had been removed last December by Norwalk Recreation and Parks because it was a very old system with parts that no longer could be replaced.  The new equipment was installed the week of October 19th.

“The City of Norwalk was great to work with, letting us take the lead in picking age-appropriate equipment that would work best for our students,” Goldstein said.

After months of waiting patiently for the new equipment, the Kindergartens can now release their energy outside on a safe, modern playground.
