Dick's Sporting Goods Considering Norwalk Location

NORWALK, CT — Dick's Sporting Goods reportedly is considering a move into the Norwalk market by taking over the site of the soon-to-close Sports Authority location on Connecticut Avenue.
Currently, Dick's has three locations in Connecticut, Danbury, Milford and North Haven, and the company recently won Sports Authority assets at auction, reports The Hour.
Dick's has not yet confirmed whether it will take over the Norwalk location, one of at least three in the Northeast that the company is considering.
