Dozens Cited For Infractions In Norwalk Police 'Click It Or Ticket' Campaign
The department ran the detail from May 22 through June 1.

NORWALK, CT — Members of the Norwalk Police Department issued dozens of infractions between May 22 and June 1 during its latest Click It or Ticket campaign, in conjunction with the State Department of Transportation.
The department, and others around the country, conduct the initiative a couple of times a year to catch drivers and their passengers who are not wearing seatbelts.
A fine for an adult who is not wearing a seatbelt while traveling in a vehicle in Connecticut is $92, according to officials. All front seat passengers are required to wear seatbelts while traveling.

- Cell Phone Use infractions issued - 12
- Reckless driving summons issued - 1
- Operation with license under suspension summonses issued - 2
