Drugs, Bulletproof Vest Seized During Norwalk Stop: PD

NORWALK, CT — Officers arrested a man after marijuana and drug packaging materials were found in his vehicle, according to police.

The vehicle was stopped on Couch Street Nov. 30 and operator Miguel Ramirez told an officer he was in possession of a firearm. A 9mm handgun was seized along with drugs, packaging materials and a bulletproof vest, police said.

Raimirez had a valid pistol permit.
