DUI Charge For Norwalk Man In Crash That Injured 3: Report
The three-vehicle crash occurred on on New Year's Day on Martin Luther King Drive in Norwalk.
NORWALK, CT — The 34-year-old Norwalk man, who police say caused a three-vehicle crash that injured three people on New Year's Day, has been arrested on multiple charges including driving under the influence, reports The Norwalk Hour.
In addition to DUI, Luis Uribe-Cardenas, of Paradiso Street, also was charged with reckless driving and operating a motor vehicle without a license. He surrendered to Norwalk police on Wednesday and is being held in lieu of bail of $20,000.
Uribe-Cardenas was among those who were injured and required hospital treatment following the 4:15 p.m. crash that occurred on Martin Luther King Drive near the UPS depot.

He is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on March 16.
