E-Bike Operator Seriously Injured In Norwalk Crash: Police
The crash occurred Monday afternoon, according to authorities.
NORWALK, CT — An e-bike operator was seriously injured Monday in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Osborne Avenue and Fort Point Street in Norwalk, according to police.
The crash occurred at about 2:40 p.m., and the e-bike operator was taken to Norwalk Hospital for treatment. The person's condition was not immediately available.
Members of the Norwalk Police Department’s Crash Reconstruction Unit and Identification Unit responded
to the scene to process evidence and assume the investigation, Norwalk Police Lt. Ramon Tejada said in a release.

Additional details about the crash were not disclosed; police temporarily closed the area to traffic during the early stages of the investigation, but the roads have since been reopened.
"The investigation remains active and ongoing," Tejada said. "Anyone who may have witnessed the accident or who has information, video, photographs, or other evidence related to this incident is asked to contact the Norwalk Police Department."
