The following obituary of Elizabeth "Betty" Keller Jones, 96, of Norwalk, is from Magner Funeral Home, Inc.:

Elizabeth "Betty" Keller Jones, age 96, of Norwalk, died on Wed., March 8, 2017, at home with her son by her side.

Born in Greenfield Hill, CT, the daughter of Stephen and Lydia (Babas) Keller, she was predeceased by her husband Vincent F. Jones and daughter Susan Jones Verrastro. A loving wife and mother, she enjoyed travel and gardening through the years.

She is survived by her loving son Vincent R. Jones, 2 grandchildren Matthew and Alexandra Verrastro, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Her family will receive friends on Monday, March 13 from 6-8 pm at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave, Norwalk. Funeral services, officiated by Rev. John Livingston, will be held at 10 am on Tues. March 14 at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Riverside Cemetery, Norwalk.
