Norwalk, Conn (July 23) – CT ENT Sinus Center Hearing & Balance is pleased to announce that Dr. Heather Waters has joined the practice full-time starting immediately. Double board certified in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Waters brings several years of experience and expertise as an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) doctor to the practice.
