EPOCH Senior Living Launches Memory Café in Norwalk

Monthly gatherings will give local residents with memory loss recreational and social activities

NORWALK, CT. - Older adults with dementia can often feel isolated and their families at a loss for how to help.

In response, Bridges® by EPOCH at Norwalk and its community partners are establishing a monthly Memory Café. This initiative brings a vital social resource to the area, offering a welcoming environment where those navigating dementia can find support and connection.

Starting on Tuesday, March 31, Bridges® will offer monthly social gatherings from 2-4 pm. Each session will feature unique programming: educational guest speakers, live musical entertainment, cognitive stimulation activities, refreshments, and more. Future programs will be held on April 28, May 26, and June 30 at the Norwalk Inn, 99 East Avenue, Norwalk.
