AMA Fairfield County Chapter Presents Brand Positioning: Still the Key to Business Success With David Reyes-Guerra, VP & VCMO of The Conference Board

The Fairfield County Chapter of The American Marketing Association (AMA) is delighted to host David Reyes-Guerra, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of The Conference Board, who will discuss “Brand Positioning: Still the Key to Business Success.”  The meeting will be held at the Sheraton Four Points, 426 Main Avenue, Norwalk, CT, on Thursday, November 10, 2011, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Whether your company is a start-up or an established corporation, the key to business success -- especially in today's ultra-connected social media world -- continues to rest on having a brand positioning that is simple, unique and resonates in the global marketplace.  Mr. Reyes-Guerra will reveal the process and explain the steps necessary to develop, implement and execute a powerful brand identity with case histories of his brand development work at Xerox and Ernst & Young.

As a writer, photojournalist, and branding expert, Mr. Reyes-Guerra has directed a variety of programs in a 30-year career that has spanned corporate positioning and brand identity, marketing communications, investor and public relations, employee communications and product and service naming.
Before joining The Conference Board, Mr. Reyes-Guerra was Director of Global Strategy & Management for Ernst & Young (EY), the multi-billion dollar professional services firm.
