Classed Begin May 1st

All-Star Driver is pleased to announce the opening of its latest driving school facility - located in Norwalk - to better serve All-Star Driver students who live in this region of Fairfield County.

The new All-Star Driver driving school facility is located at 430 Main Avenue (across from Merritt 7 about a mile from the DMV) and it is now open for business with the first set of classes beginning May 1st.

All-Star Driver will be offering classes at the Norwalk location during afternoons, evenings and on weekends, as well as providing license testing services on site for teenagers and adults.

"We are excited to bring our simple, flexible and affordable programs to the City of Norwalk,” said Brandon Dufour, General Manager of All-Star Driver. "Our new location is easily accessible from anywhere in Norwalk and all neighboring towns. Our other locations around Fairfield County will make it easy for any student, no matter where they live, to get their license."

The new Norwalk facility will be All-Star Driver’s fourth location in Fairfield County, joining similar operations in Westport, Monroe and Danbury, in addition to its eight high school offerings - Joel Barlow, Easton Country Day School, Newtown, Roger Ludlowe, Darien, Ridgefield, Wilton and Weston.

“We also would like people to know that we are in the process of hiring several new full-time employees for the Norwalk facility,” Dufour said. “We have started the interview and hiring process, and would welcome applicants from Norwalk and the surrounding communities.”

The Dufour Family has been in the school transportation business in Connecticut for more than 45-years. All-Star Driver is an affiliate of All-Star Transportation, the largest privately held school bus company operating solely in Connecticut.
