Norwalk Couple Offer Handmade Flowers at Rowayton Farmers Market

Ben Guerrero and Melissa Slattery, artists and partners at Northern Spy Studio, will have their first day selling at the lovely Rowayton Farmers Market, this Friday, June 29 from noon to 5 p.m.

Northern Spy Studio is a brand new Norwalk business that specializes in handmade paper flowers and other fine art works.

Come by the Rowayton Farmers Market to see our gorgeous, handmade paper flowers.

We've been making new flowers for about a month and have spectacular July Fourth fireworks-inspired designs. You must see them to believe them!

Non-holiday single flowers and bouquets will also be available.

We've been experimenting with cross-dying and painting our papers to create unique, one-of-a-kind flowers.

Bring them as a hostess gift, give them to your beloved, carry them at your wedding rehearsal! Decorate your reception tables. We hope you will have as much fun owning them as we have had making them.

Our paper flowers are as colorful and longer-lasting than live flowers, though we love those too, and we have found lots of inspiration in the "real" flowers growing all around in our locale!
