Gail Mangs, Esq., an Educational Consultant with the CT State Department of Education, Bureau of Special education for the past eight years, will discuss content areas of the Individualized Education Program (IEP), your child’s rights, and important new legislation.
Attorney Mangs served as a Due Process Hearing Officer with the State Dept. of CT for eleven years and, prior to that, worked as a Teacher/Program Coordinator with HeadStart. A graduate of Clark University, where she majored in History and Education, Attorney Mangs received her M.A. in Education from Northwestern University and earned her J.D. from the University of Connecticut.
