Fatal Scooter Crash Reported In Norwalk, ID Released: Police
Police said a scooter rider died following an early morning crash in Norwalk.
NORWALK, CT — A scooter rider died following a crash reported in Norwalk early Wednesday morning, according to the Norwalk Police Department.
In a news release provided by the department, Police Lt. Ramon Tejada said the crash was reported on West Avenue around 4 a.m.
Norwalk police and fire crews and Norwalk Hospital paramedics provided medical aid to the scooter rider, who was identified by police as Christopher Moorer, 46, of Norwalk.

Moorer was taken to Norwalk Hospital, where he later died, according to Tejada.
Tejada confirmed the crash also involved another vehicle.
